The costs are simply man/machine hours plus materials. I will happily visit and prepare a costing so you quickly know what your costs will be. There should be no surprises or changes as we have many years of experience, that means we have done it all before and will fairly accurately know what is involved and how long it will take.

Most of our jobs take about a week to complete but that obviously depends on the size of the project. Some jobs have many different components and will take longer to complete but I will tell you in advance so you can plan around the work. We have been doing this work for many years and our estimates on time are usually accurate.

Because we have established strong relationships with them, they usually respond within an hour of our request for urgent needs. For non-urgent jobs, we can schedule a convenient time to meet with you and the tradesperson to coordinate the necessary work. Step 6: Work Commencement and First Payment

With contracts signed and dates confirmed, our team commences work on your project. At this stage, a payment of 50% of the remaining balance is required as per the agreed schedule. We maintain clear communication throughout, updating you on progress and answering any queries.

Step 7: Completion and Final Payment

On project completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure all work meets your expectations. Once you are satisfied, the remaining balance is due. We provide all necessary documentation and a completion certificate as appropriate.
